02Services
Emignia offers professional digital marketing services: SEO, Google Ads, web design and development, and AI automation. Specific scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed upon in a written proposal.
03Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, code, brand) is the property of Emignia or its licensors. Copying, modifying or distributing without prior written authorization is not allowed. Trademarks, logos and service names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
04Limitation of Liability
Site information is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Emignia does not guarantee specific results regarding rankings, traffic or conversions — results depend on factors outside our direct control (Google policies, competition, market). Liability for contracted services is governed by the signed proposal.
05Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms, deadlines and cancellation policies are defined in each signed proposal or contract. No refunds for services already delivered. Monthly services (SEO, Ads, support) can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
06Confidentiality
All information shared by the client during the work is kept confidential. We do not use client data outside the project scope. Publishable cases are only shown with explicit written authorization.
07Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Temuco, Chile, or by prior mediation as agreed between the parties.
