By accessing and using this website (emignia.com), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.

Emignia offers professional digital marketing services: SEO, Google Ads, web design and development, and AI automation. Specific scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed upon in a written proposal.

All content on this site (text, graphics, code, brand) is the property of Emignia or its licensors. Copying, modifying or distributing without prior written authorization is not allowed. Trademarks, logos and service names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Site information is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Emignia does not guarantee specific results regarding rankings, traffic or conversions — results depend on factors outside our direct control (Google policies, competition, market). Liability for contracted services is governed by the signed proposal.

The scope, price and payment terms of each service are set in the signed proposal or contract. Monthly services (SEO, Google Ads, support and AI assistants) are contracted month to month, with no minimum term: you can end them with 30 days’ written notice, with no exit fee. When the proposal includes an implementation (one-time payment), it is non-refundable once carried out. There are no refunds for services already delivered.

All information shared by the client during the work is kept confidential. We do not use client data outside the project scope. Publishable cases are only shown with explicit written authorization.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Temuco, Chile, or by prior mediation as agreed between the parties.
