WhatsApp and your CRM, connected: every lead logged and followed up.

Contacts from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or your website land in your CRM with their source. The assistant handles the first messages and your team takes over from a shared inbox.

A lead’s journey

  1. Lead writes
  2. AI replies
  3. Team follows up
  4. CRM up to date
The assistant asks the first questions, logs the details and assigns the conversation. Your team picks it up in the shared inbox and the CRM updates itself.

// Before and after

All your leads in one place, with an owner and a next step.

Today

  • Leads are scattered across each salesperson’s phone, Instagram and email.
  • Someone copies them into the spreadsheet or CRM by hand, when there is time.
  • Several people use the same WhatsApp number from different phones.
  • Nobody knows which lead went unanswered until the customer complains.

With WhatsApp + CRM

  • Every lead enters the CRM with its source, details and what they need.
  • Logging happens automatically, no copy and paste.
  • Your team uses the same number from a shared inbox and sees who took each conversation.
  • Unanswered leads trigger an alert to the owner.

// How it works

From scattered channels to organized follow-up, in four steps.

  1. We map your channels

    We review where your leads come from today, what data you need from each and who handles them.

  2. We connect everything

    WhatsApp Business API, Instagram and Facebook lead forms, your website and your CRM.

  3. Assistant and inbox

    The assistant asks the first questions and assigns the conversation; your team continues in the shared inbox.

  4. Follow-up

    Alerts when a lead has gone unanswered and summaries showing how many move on to a sale.

// What’s included

One number, one record, the whole team in sync.

It doesn’t replace your sales team: it hands them organized leads with context.

  1. Automatic logging

    Every contact enters the CRM with its source (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or website), details and interest.

  2. Shared inbox

    Assistant and team use the same number; conversations move between them with the full history.

  3. Assignment and alerts

    Rules to route each lead to the right owner and alerts when one goes unanswered.

  4. Data in your name

    The number, the CRM and the contacts belong to your company. If you stop working with us, you keep them.

// FAQ

What people ask us about WhatsApp + CRM.

What is a WhatsApp CRM?

It is the link between your WhatsApp and your CRM: every conversation is logged as a contact with its history, and your team can reply, assign and follow up without copying data by hand.

Do I need to switch CRMs?

No. We connect to the CRM you already use (HubSpot or any other with an API). If you don’t have one yet, we can start with a Google Sheet or a simple CRM and migrate later.

Can several people answer the same WhatsApp number?

Yes. With the official WhatsApp Business API and a shared inbox, several people can use the same number from their computers, and you can see who took each conversation.

What about leads from Instagram and Facebook?

Meta lead ad forms and messages are logged in the same CRM with their source, so you know which channel brings each contact.

Who owns the data?

Your company. The WhatsApp number, the CRM and the contacts stay in your name, and you keep them even if you stop working with us.
