AI Automation · Agents

AI agents for businesses that take repetitive tasks off your team’s plate.

They read emails and orders, log them in your CRM, update spreadsheets, build reports and follow up on quotes. They work by your rules and, when something doesn’t add up, they hand it to someone on your team.

An order’s journey

  1. An order arrives
  2. The agent reads it
  3. Flags exceptions
  4. CRM up to date
The agent reads the email, pulls out the details and logs them in your CRM and spreadsheet. If something is missing or doesn’t match your rules, it alerts the person in charge before moving on.

// Before and after

Your team stops copying data from one system to another.

Today

  • Someone reads every email or order and types the details into the CRM or spreadsheet by hand.
  • Quotes go out and nobody follows up, because there is no time to check them.
  • The weekly report is pieced together from data in several places.
  • Typos and forgotten orders surface when the customer complains.

With AI agents

  • The agent reads the email or order and logs the details in the CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Unanswered quotes get followed up by your rules, and sales knows where each one stands.
  • The report arrives ready on the day and time you choose.
  • When something doesn’t add up, the agent stops and passes the case to a person, with context.

// How it works

From a manual task to an agent that does it, in four steps.

  1. We pick one task

    We start with a process that repeats every day and eats up your team’s time. We review how it is done today, step by step.

  2. We set rules and limits

    What the agent can do on its own, what needs approval and when it must hand the work to a person.

  3. We connect it to your systems

    Email, CRM, spreadsheets, calendar or WhatsApp: the agent works with the tools your team already uses.

  4. We test and adjust

    We test it with real cases before switching it on and review the results with your team. Then we add the next task.

// What’s included

Agents that work inside your systems, by your rules.

The WhatsApp assistant serves your customers. An AI agent does your team’s tasks: it works behind the scenes, in email, the CRM and spreadsheets.

  1. Reading emails and orders

    It understands emails, forms and orders written in the customer’s own words, and pulls out what you need: name, products, quantities, dates.

  2. Logging in your CRM and spreadsheets

    It creates or updates the contact in your CRM, fills in the spreadsheet and tags every record with its source.

  3. Reports and follow-up

    It builds recurring reports from your systems and follows up on quotes and open items by the rules you set.

  4. Hand-off to a person

    When information is missing, something doesn’t match or the decision is sensitive, it alerts the owner with a summary of the case.

Works with

  • Email

  • Google Sheets
  • Google Calendar
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Your system (via API)

// FAQ

What people ask us about AI agents.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot talks: it answers questions, sometimes from a menu. An AI agent does tasks: it reads an email, decides what to do based on your rules and logs it in your CRM or spreadsheet, without anyone typing it in. Many agents never talk to customers at all; they work behind the scenes for your team. Read the guide: what is an AI agent →

What tasks can an AI agent do for my business?

Repetitive tasks your team does by hand today: reading emails and orders and logging them in the CRM, updating spreadsheets, building recurring reports, following up on quotes and keeping open items in order. If what you need is to serve customers on WhatsApp (answer, book, confirm), that is the job of the WhatsApp assistant. See the WhatsApp AI assistant →

What does an AI agent not do without supervision?

Anything with consequences that are hard to undo. Payments, discounts outside your policy, complaints and sensitive decisions go to a person: the agent prepares the case with the data and someone on your team decides. Those rules are set before it goes live.

What happens to my company’s and my customers’ data?

It stays your company’s. The agent only accesses the systems and data it needs for its task, and the accounts stay in your name. We also take the data protection rules that apply to your business into account when designing it, such as telling people how their data is used and by which providers.

How long does it take to implement an AI agent?

It depends on the process: how many systems it touches, how organized the data is and how many exceptions it has. That is why we start with a single task, get it running and measure it before adding the next one. In the first conversation we give you a timeline for your case.

Does an AI agent replace people on my team?

That is not the goal. It takes over the repetitive work, like copying data or building the same report every week, and leaves your team what needs judgment: special cases, negotiating, deciding. Exceptions always reach a person.
